1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TikJobs ("the Platform"), operated by MarketLabs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Continued use implies acceptance of any future modifications.

2. Description of service

TikJobs is a short-video job platform that connects candidates with recruiters. Services include:

• Publishing job presentation videos by candidates
• Exploring and discovering candidates by recruiters
• Credit system to unlock contact information
• Premium subscription plans for greater visibility

3. Registration and accounts

To use TikJobs you must create an account providing truthful information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• All activity carried out from your account
• Immediately notifying any unauthorized use

4. User content

You are responsible for the content you publish. By uploading content to TikJobs, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute and promote said content within the Platform. It is not permitted to publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory, misleading content or content that violates third-party rights.

5. Payments and subscriptions

TikJobs offers free and paid services. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. Credits purchased are non-refundable once used. Prices may change with prior notice.

6. Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited to: use the Platform for illegal activities, harass or intimidate other users, create fake accounts with misleading information, attempt unauthorized access to Platform systems, scraping or automated use without permission, and any conduct that interferes with the normal functioning of the service.

7. Intellectual property

TikJobs, its logo, design, code and functionalities are property of MarketLabs. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without express authorization. Users retain ownership of their original content.

8. Limitation of liability

TikJobs is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for interactions between candidates and recruiters outside the Platform, nor for hiring decisions made based on published information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. When closing your account, your content will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
